You'll advise on premium deals, deliver exceptional client outcomes, and enjoy real work-life balance in a supportive environment that values your expertise and wellbeing.
About the Role
Advise on major commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and complex structuring
Draft and negotiate high-quality commercial leases, sale contracts, development agreements, and due diligence reports
Manage a varied, interesting portfolio of premium matters across retail, industrial, office, and mixed-use developments
Conduct due diligence, manage risk, and provide strategic advice on planning, zoning, GST, stamp duty, and financing issues
Collaborate closely with experienced partners and mentor juniors on sophisticated files
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients

About You
Admitted to practice in Australia with 5+ years PAE in commercial property law
Strong technical skills and a track record of delivering high-quality work
Excellent communication, client relationship skills, and attention to detail
