to help establish the brand locally and drive strong commercial performance from day one.

Your Mission

Grow the canopy – Design and deliver a sales strategy that fills rooms, event spaces, and F&B outlets while staying true to Treehouse’s playful, eco-minded soul.

Cultivate key partnerships – Forge warm ties with Adelaide corporates, creators, travel trade, and community groups so our story spreads organically.

Own the revenue tree-rings – Set bold targets, forecast with finesse, and partner with Revenue Management to keep ADR, occupancy, and total RevPAR climbing sky-high.

Lead the sales nest – Hire, coach, and inspire a nimble team that hustles with heart and celebrates the wins (big and small).

Charm with storytelling – Pitch Treehouse Adelaide to clients and conference planners in a voice that blends nostalgia, nature, and neatly-packaged numbers.

Decide with data – Track pace reports, channel mix, and market trends; prune underperforming segments and fertilise high-yield ones.

Guard the brand – Make sure every contract, proposal, and handshake echoes Treehouse’s pillars of playfulness, community, and sustainability.

What you bring

Diploma or degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.

4+ years leading sales for lifestyle hotels, boutique groups, or experience-driven brands.

Proven record smashing room-night and event targets while nurturing long-term relationships.

Fluent in budgeting, forecasting, and the dark arts of RevPAR & total revenue optimisation.

Natural storyteller and presenter who can rally both clients and teammates around a shared vision.

Calm juggler of deadlines with a ready laugh and nature-first mindset.
