We are seeking a

visionary Chief Financial Officer

to serve as a high-impact strategic partner to the CEO and Board. In this role, you will be the steward of the resources that bring life-changing science to patients. You will lead us through our next chapter of global maturity, including our

transition to a NASDAQ dual-listing , ensuring our financial and governance structures are as world-class as our medicine.

Main responsibilities

Financial Governance:

Oversee all financial operations, including statutory reporting, tax (R&D tax incentives), treasury management, and compliance within regulatory frameworks.

Operational Excellence:

Manage the financial "runway" with precision, ensuring resource allocation aligns with our goal of delivering human data read-outs for our core programs

Commercial Strategy & Business Development:

Work closely with the Managing Director on M&A, out-licensing opportunities, and strategic partnerships to maximize the value of our assets.

Dual-Listing Execution:

Lead the strategic and technical execution of a potential NASDAQ listing

Company Secretary:

(Desirable but not essential) Manage end-to-end Board processes, corporate governance, ASX compliance and shareholder/registry management

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

10+ years

of senior financial leadership experience (CFO or VP Finance), ideally within a publicly-listed biotech or pharmaceutical company.

Experience with

international operations

(particularly US-Australia cross-border financial management).

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build high-trust relationships with a diverse Board of Directors and global scientific stakeholders.

US Capital Markets & SEC Exposure:

Prior experience navigating the NASDAQ environment
