Job Description
Develop and propose growth plans targeting end-user customer segments, including positioning and pricing strategies compared to competitors, go-to-market tactics (channel, marketing communications, sales, services), with a focus on strong execution.
Handle commercial relationships with key accounts.
Forecast budget requirements for short, medium, and long-term periods, and analyze project financials.

You build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions. You interpret and apply key financial indicators to inform business decisions. You anticipate and balance the needs of multiple partners, and envision future possibilities to translate into innovative strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of five years of managerial experience with a successful track record in business development
Negotiation skills for commercial agreements
Ability to develop and implement business plans
Proficiency in English reading and writing
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to solve problems and align solutions with business growth
Ability to build extensive and effective networks of contacts
Experience selling to professional services, government, and other commercial sectors
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
Experience conducting commercial meetings with all levels, including senior executives, and translating business needs into solutions
Track record in B2B face-to-face consultative selling, achieving and exceeding targets
Ability to convert and close sales deals and meet quotas
Experience with recognized sales methodologies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to deliver insights and recommendations effectively
