Reporting to the Head of Institutional Mandates, you will play an integral role in delivering strong client outcomes. You will support capital allocation decisions, contribute to portfolio performance optimisation and help ensure clear, high-quality communication with institutional investors. Key Responsibilities

Support the management of institutional mandates, ensuring alignment with client objectives and investment guidelines. Partner with investment teams on deal origination, structuring and execution. Assist with capital allocation planning, scenario modelling and portfolio optimisation. Monitor portfolio performance, exposures and risk indicators. Contribute to investment committee materials and post-investment reporting. Support institutional client engagement, including performance updates and strategic discussions. About You

A degree in Finance, Commerce or a related discipline. Experience in funds management, banking, investment management or financial services. Strong analytical capability and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. About Us:
