What you’ll do We’re looking for a commercially minded and strategically focused Finance Business Partner – Supply Chain to support a rapidly growing business unit. Reporting to the Commercial Manager – Supply Chain, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping financial performance, partnering with operational leaders, and driving insights that contribute to long‑term value creation.

With a strong business partnering focus, you’ll translate data into decisions, build commercial acumen across the function, and support initiatives that optimise performance across our national supply chain network.

Key responsibilities

Partnering with DC managers, regional leaders and senior supply chain stakeholders to drive insight‑led decision making

Leading and executing financial modelling, business cases, and scenario analysis to support strategic planning

Identifying risks, opportunities and P&L impacts, and developing clear action plans to support EBT delivery

Leading the monthly forecasting process and contributing to annual budgeting and the 5‑year corporate planning cycle

Managing P&L performance, variance analysis and periodic reporting for senior stakeholders

Supporting operational leaders with timely, accurate reporting and performance commentary

What you’ll bring

Demonstrated practical experience with at least 5 years' relevant business partnering experience

FMCG, Retail or Pharmaceutical experience an advantage

Strong commercial focus with ability to distill data into clear, actionable reports for senior management

Extensive experience in management accounting, performance management and reporting, business planning and budgeting

Advanced Excel and extensive financial modelling experience with large and multiple data sources

Experience in financial evaluation of projects (NPV, ROC etc.) and initiatives and the preparation of formal business cases

Experience using large ERP systems & BI tools (SAP, BPC, MicroStrategy, PowerBI)

Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance related discipline
