We're searching for a dynamic Release Manager to lead our clients cutover and release management stream within a large-scale program. This is your chance to take ownership of critical cutover plans, ensuring seamless and successful releases across multiple workstreams. About the Role:

As a Release Manager, you'll be at the heart of the transformation efforts, spearheading the development and execution of end-to-end cutover plans from rehearsal to post-release activities. Your expertise will facilitate the smooth operation of release environments, where you'll coordinate efforts with diverse teams and external vendors. You'll serve as the single point of accountability for cutover decisions, identifying and addressing risks and dependencies while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. Your leadership will shine through as you conduct workshops, readiness assessments, and go‑live checkpoints, working closely with Program Managers and Technical Leads to align on strategic outcomes. Proven experience managing cutover and release management streams within enterprise programs Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive cutover plans Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple workstreams and vendors Proficiency in managing diverse release environments (e.g., dev, test, UAT, pre‑prod, prod) Exceptional problem‑solving capabilities for identifying and mitigating risks Excellent communication skills to provide status reports and decision support to program leadership Nice to Have Skills:

Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC) Experience in SaaS‑based technologies Knowledge of change management principles and practices
