This role offers a clear pathway to equity/shareholding, along with genuine autonomy to shape your portfolio, team and regional growth strategy. We welcome applications from both individual leaders and established teams seeking a new platform to grow. With strong market demand and projected growth, this role provides the opportunity to help shape the future direction of our company.

Lead and grow client relationships across industrial, government and resources sectors
Lead and deliver complex contaminated land projects, including high‑risk, high‑profile technical engagements such as auditing and expert witness work
Provide strategic environmental advice on regulatory policy, compliance frameworks, assurance and remediation strategy
Mentor, develop and lead high‑performing multidisciplinary teams, fostering accountability, collaboration and technical excellence
Contribute to company strategy, future planning and regional growth initiatives across Australia and internationally
About you
You are a commercially astute environmental professional with technical credibility and a strong market reputation. You are comfortable operating at both strategic and delivery levels and thrive in roles where growth, leadership and technical excellence intersect.
Key attributes include:
Approximately 20–25 years’ experience in environmental consulting, with a strong focus on contaminated land
Demonstrated seller‑doer success, with measurable business development and revenue growth outcomes
Recognized leadership capability, including delegation, team development and practice growth
Technical expertise across contaminated land remediation, regulatory compliance, EMS and environmental assurance
Strong client engagement skills and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor
A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in shaping culture and long‑term business growth
Compensation and Incentives
A highly competitive and flexible remuneration structure will be offered, tailored to experience and growth contribution. In addition to base salary and superannuation, this will include:
Annual performance bonus
Signing and retention incentives
Revenue share arrangements
"Growth Accelerator" bonus linked directly to practice or client base expansion
Clear, fast‑track pathway to equity/shareholding in the global EHS Support business
Professional growth and support
We provide practical support and incentives aligned with long‑term leadership and growth, including:
Paid professional memberships (EIANZ, ALGA, Engineers Australia)
