Base pay range A$100,000.00/yr – A$120,000.00/yr

The role As an Account Director, you’ll join a collaborative quant team, balancing analytical rigour with client‑facing confidence. You’ll:

Lead and manage a mix of brand strategy, NPD, shopper, pricing, packaging, and concept testing projects.

Work directly with senior brand and marketing stakeholders, turning insights into actionable strategies.

Oversee end‑to‑end project management, including storytelling and presenting.

We’re looking for someone who

Has 5–7 years’ experience in quantitative research, ideally within FMCG or shopper insights.

Excels at client management, presenting insights, and influencing senior stakeholders.

Thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and commercial environment.

Is a strategic thinker who can turn data into actionable insights.

Already based in Australia or eligible for sponsorship.
