Psychiatrist

Neurosciences Queensland (NSQ) is seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist (FRANZCP) to join our rapidly growing, multidisciplinary practice in Spring Hill. This position is open to both full-time and part-time clinicians, with flexible arrangements available under managed service agreements, contract, or employment models (starting salary $190,000 AUD upwards to $400,000+ AUD).

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based psychiatric assessment and treatment for adult patients.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including but not limited to neurologists, neurosurgeons, neuropsychiatrists, general physicians, neuroscientists, neurophysiologists, and clinical researchers.

Maintain professional standards in patient management, documentation, and continuing professional development.

Contribute to the growth and reputation of the clinic through excellence in clinical care and collaboration.

Skills and Qualifications

Fellowship with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) or board eligibility.

Current Medicare provider number, ABN, and professional indemnity insurance.

Broad experience across adult clinical presentations; an interest in Movement Disorders or Deep Brain Stimulation will be highly regarded.
