We are seeking a talented Client Director to join our Melbourne team. This role is ideal for professionals eager to expand their skills and broaden their thinking. You might have demonstrated experience in communication and engagement consulting, or something that requires similar thinking from a related field. The role is responsible for providing high quality communication and engagement counsel and supports clients through project delivery, developing elements of client strategy, managing or co‑ordinating the day to day execution of larger client projects, and working in larger multidisciplinary or interoffice teams. This role will also work with others in our team in a coaching and mentoring capacity. The successful candidates will have between 6 to 9 years of experience working in public relations, communication, engagement professional services, reputation management, or a role that required strategic thinking or problem solving in a different sector. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to write clear and compelling material. The role requires someone who can analyse complex data and situations and develop ideas and solutions for the client.
