Communications and Stakeholder Advisor

who is experienced and passionate about genuine engagement, being a part of a high performing team and leaving a positive legacy for the communities in which we work.

Based in our

Leongatha office , you will play a key role in helping our Social Licence & Stakeholder Engagement team shape how we communicate, listen, and build trust across the Gippsland region. This role requires out of hours work including on weekends.

About The Role

Developing and writing high‑quality, impactful communication materials

Planning and implementing innovative stakeholder engagement approaches

Managing customer service and responding to community and stakeholder enquiries

Documenting, tracking, and reporting engagement and communication activities

Supporting the planning and delivery of community events and information sessions

Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships across teams and with external stakeholders

About You

Tertiary qualification of equivalent discipline

Experience in communications, public relations, journalism, stakeholder engagement, marketing, or community development

Strong writing skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible messages

A proactive, solution‑focused approach to building strong relationships with stakeholder and community

Strong organisational skills, including experience documenting and reporting activities

An interest in the Gippsland community and its role in Australia’s renewable energy future
