The Position

BeyondBlue is seeking a dynamic Head of Development and Growth to shape the future of mental health support across Australia. This pivotal role sits at the heart of the Early Intervention Support Services Group, championing bold ideas, forging powerful partnerships, and unlocking new pathways for impact.

You’ll be part of a high‑performing leadership team, steering service innovation, business development, and sustainable growth—all while keeping community needs and lived experience at the core.

You will evolve and communicate a compelling vision for the Development and Growth team, ensuring services are future‑focused, community‑centred, and aligned with BeyondBlue’s strategic objectives.

This newly created role will lead a high‑performing team, champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and collaborate across the organisation to deliver on ambitious growth and service goals.
