Assistant Centre Manager (Acting as Centre Manager for Parental Leave)

Happy Feet Corio have a wonderful opportunity for someone to join our leadership team and fulfil the Assistant Centre Mangers position. This position is a permeant part time role working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday.

Currently our Centre Manager is on Partental Leave and will be returning in mid 2026. If you are successful we will need you to fulfil this role in the intrim and apon the Centre Managers return you will be working alongside a dedicated, passionate Centre Manager and an Educational Leader to inspire and lead our well established team of Educators.

The centre has been open for 13 years, we have built strong positive relationships with our families and pride ourselves on providing high quality care and education to all our children.

Responsibilities

Assisting with all aspects of the daily management of the service in accordance with all relevant legislation, sector guidelines and policies

Help create a high-quality culture, inspiring beautiful learning environments for children, families, and educators

Being part of the centre leadership team to drive quality improvement within the Centre

Ensure all policies and regulatory requirements are embedded within the Centre.

Assisting in implementing our Sustainable, Community and Wellbeing programs

Qualifications

A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Advanced Diploma in Community Services

Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF

XPLOR (Office and playground) knowledge preferred but not essential.

ENTO/HUMANFORCE (Rostering/payroll) knowledge preferred but not essential
