Technical Delivery Manager

This is your chance to join a large government department driving digital transformation at scale. You’ll be part of a forward‑thinking team within the Digital Innovation Division, helping to bring bold ICT initiatives to life and making sure they land smoothly in production.

What You’ll Be Doing

Designing elegant technical solutions that align with departmental patterns and architectures.

Guiding project teams through environment builds, Go Live gates, and governance checkpoints.

Translating complex technical concepts into clear plans and ensuring they actually happen.

Offering seasoned advice to leaders, vendors and project teams alike.

Championing collaboration, clear communication and a touch of good humour.

About You You’ve seen a few things – large enterprise environments, shifting priorities, the odd integration challenge that kept you up late – and you’ve come out the other side with calm confidence and a knack for delivery.

We’d Love To See

Experience with Hybrid Waterfall / Agile delivery in real‑world enterprise environments.

A solid track record delivering cloud‑based SaaS, COTS, or PaaS solutions that actually work in production.

Strong technical chops across:

Microsoft Active Directory / Azure AD or large‑scale IAM implementations.

One or more scripting or coding languages (PowerShell, .NET, Tcl for F5 iRules, or T‑SQL).

Hands‑on experience with Microsoft cloud technologies:

Azure (SQL PaaS, IaaS, AAD, Express Route, etc.), Office 365 (Dynamics 365, Teams, Power Platform), or on‑prem tech like SCCM and SCOM.

An eye for detail when it comes to documentation designs, “as‑built” diagrams and technical guides that future‑you will thank you for.

Bonus points if you’ve wrangled network gear or firewalls and lived to tell the tale.
