The Role
Excellent opportunity to lead our Shadforth business in Perth. In this role you will have ultimate responsibility for the P&L of the State and delivery of agreed growth plans.
You will lead and develop a large team of 24 direct reports and ensure efficient operation and growth of the financial planning businesses within the State.
The Head of Shadforth is responsible for the end to end client service, delivery of the national Shadforth advice proposition, investment philosophy and client experience to clients locally in each State. This is a great time to join our business as we work within our newly created Client Wellbeing Division.
Key Responsibilities
Support the company’s goal of being the pre‑eminent provider of wealth management services in the State
Lead & mentor the state’s Private Wealth Advisers towards delivering agreed client service standards, together with their individual & the State’s collective, growth and sales performance targets
Work collaboratively with the National Head of Operations and Governance, National Head of Advice and local State Operations Manager to implement agreed national policies, standards, processes and procedures
Lead, cultivate and develop a Professional Services culture in the State that while focussed on the local market has a national presence and personality
Responsible for building a strong presence in the State market and be the face of Shadforth externally to support the building of the firm
What you will bring
Proven track record in leading and motivating a large advice team
Solid financial planning experience
Passion for sales and developing referral sources for new business
Strong marketing, sales and client service leadership experience
Ability to manage change and lead the team with influence
Tertiary and Industry qualifications
