About the Role
Pelican Products Australia is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow revenue across VIC, SA, and TAS. Manage key accounts, develop new business, build strong relationships, and exceed sales targets while representing Pelican as a trusted partner in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed territory sales and margin targets
Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans
Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong project pipeline
Deliver product expertise, training, and technical support to customers
Build trusted relationships with channel partners and key accounts
Prepare proposals and quotations that convert opportunities into sales
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to capture growth
Represent Pelican at trade shows and industry events
About you:
5+ years on-road sales experience (B2B/B2C)
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
Results-oriented with a proactive approach to business growth
