Job Description

Location – Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra or Perth

Salary starting from $127,641 (depending on experience) plus 15.4% superannuation

Permanent, full-time role

The team People & Culture (P&C) is responsible for delivering people initiatives that are aligned with business strategy across the full employee lifecycle. The team delivers robust people strategies and services that support leaders and employees during their careers with ASIC.

The role As a Culture And Organisational Development Partner, You Will

Support the delivery of leadership, talent, performance, engagement and culture programs.

Manage projects end‑to‑end to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.

Ensure programs align with culture aspirations and embed a constructive culture.

Prepare briefs, presentations, reports and project documentation for stakeholders.

Analyse employee data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Coordinate and deliver leadership development programs day to day.

Evaluate existing leadership programs and design new initiatives to build capability.

Represent C&OD at leadership and team meetings to promote initiatives and identify learning needs.

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships as the central contact for leadership activities.

Facilitate face‑to‑face and virtual learning initiatives, including workshops, psychometric debriefs and induction support.

Support delivery of culture change initiatives, including the ASIC‑wide culture champion network.

Manage external consultants and providers in line with ASIC procurement requirements.

Work independently to resolve issues and identify practical solutions.

Drive continuous improvement through innovative process enhancements.

About You

Tertiary qualification in psychology, organisational development, or learning and development.

Sound knowledge of leadership theory and adult learning principles.

Experience in facilitation and coaching (desirable).

Understanding of talent mapping and performance development aligned to organisational strategy.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to scope, deliver and meet timeframes for leadership programs.

High‑level interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

Experience analysing data to evaluate learning effectiveness and employee learning behaviours.
