You communicate with purpose, build trusted relationships across teams, and apply sound design management principles. Experience from major investments or complex brownfield projects will equip you well for this role.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following

Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to clarify needs and shape practical, well‑considered solutions.

Systems engineering capability, including requirements, interface definition, verification and validation, and RAMS analysis.

Knowledge of interfacing systems such as signalling, power, communications, rolling stock and network/configuration management.

Confident managing multiple priorities and workstreams in a complex, process‑driven environment with competing demands.

Strong appreciation of design‑management principles and the ability to apply them across varied technical environments.

IRSE credentials, comms/network certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP/CCIE)
