We are seeking a General Practitioner to join our team at our Belconnen clinic in Canberra. As a DPA (District of Workforce Shortage) and MM1 (Modified Monash Model 1) location, this is a great opportunity for an overseas trained GP looking to work in a high-demand area and make a positive impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages

Conduct thorough physical examinations and diagnose medical conditions

Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families

Perform minor surgical procedures and provide emergency care when necessary

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care

Participate in educational and training activities to continuously improve clinical skills and knowledge

Adhere to all relevant medical standards, regulations, and ethical principles

Requirements:

Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or ability to gain this on AHPRA's Expedited pathway (MRCGP/MICGP/FRNZCGP)

Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in general practice

Package and Benefits

Financial relocation assistance available

70% of billings

Earnings over AUD$250,000 working 40 hours per week
