A senior opportunity is available for an experienced Head of Research & Development to join a global food manufacturing organisation with a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and operational excellence.

This is a people‑led, commercially focused R&D leadership role, offering genuine autonomy and executive support to drive product innovation, process improvement, and capability uplift across a complex manufacturing environment.

Opportunity

Lead the R&D strategy aligned to business and commercial objectives

Own the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle, from concept through to scale‑up and launch

Lead, develop and engage a high‑performing multidisciplinary R&D team

This role offers the ability to implement decisions quickly and see tangible outcomes.

About You You are a senior R&D leader with strong commercial acumen and a background in food & beverage or FMCG manufacturing.

Qualifications

A tertiary qualification in Science, Food Technology or a related discipline

Extensive technical experience, including senior R&D leadership roles

Demonstrated people leadership capability across diverse technical teams
