Associate - Litigation and Dispute Resolution
Commercial Litigation Associate – Join one of Brisbane’s best litigation practices. A rare opportunity for a highly motivated commercial litigation associate to join our litigation and dispute resolution team. This role offers the successful applicant the chance to develop as a commercial litigator by working on a diverse range of matters at one of Brisbane’s premier commercial litigation practices, under the guidance of practitioners renowned for delivering exceptional outcomes.

About our commercial litigation team
Our commercial litigation team is well known in the market as one of Brisbane’s premier commercial litigation practices. Our lawyers work Australia-wide and are among the best in their field. The team is led by partner Rocco Russo and includes two partners with a team of special counsel. The firm has been independently recognised in Chambers Global, Chambers Asia-Pacific and The Legal 500 Asia Pacific as a top litigation practice in Australia. About you
Your experience and capabilities will include:
3–5 years’ PAE at a top-tier, national or boutique commercial litigation practice
Strong technical credentials and ability
Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to write complex and technical advice
Outstanding litigation and dispute resolution experience in areas relevant to our team’s broad practice, including general commercial litigation, property disputes, insolvency, building and construction litigation, and regulatory matters
Ability to manage a varied case list involving multiple areas of law
Ability to quickly assimilate new information and problem-solve complex legal issues
Sound judgment and commercial acumen
Strong work ethic and commitment to outstanding client service
Proactive, innovative and energetic approach
Ability to work well as part of a close-knit team
