I’m partnering with a high-performing boutique occupational rehab provider in Brisbane who are in an exciting growth phase and looking to add an Occupational Therapist to their team.

They’re open to:

A Senior / Lead OT (3-4 years experience)

OR an OT with ~12 months’ occupational rehab experience

The role

Deliver high-quality occupational rehab services (ADL, vocational & workplace assessments)

Build strong RTW plans within a WorkCover framework

Work closely with insurers, employers, GPs, and injured workers

For senior OTs: opportunity to mentor, coach, and influence OT practice

You’ll be a great fit if you have

AHPRA registration as an OT

Occupational rehab experience (12 months+ considered)

Strong communication and stakeholder skills

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
