The exciting opportunity :

Oversee the design and implementation of robust clinical governance and quality frameworks for residential and home care services

Develop and coordinate quality reporting, clinical audits, and risk management in line with strategic goals and industry standards

Collaborate closely with executive and operational leaders to align clinical practices across the organisation

Drive the identification and management of clinical risks, and support staff with professional guidance and problem‑solving

About you :

Tertiary qualification in a relevant clinical discipline and current registration with the appropriate board

Substantial leadership experience in clinical governance, quality, or compliance within aged care, health, or community sectors

Detailed knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, regulatory compliance, and audit requirements

Track record of leading data‑driven quality improvement and developing clinical policies

Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and personal management abilities

Relevant postgraduate qualifications in management, quality, or risk (desirable)

Current driver’s licence and flexibility to work across multiple sites as required
