Mentor, support, and grow a high-performing team committed to delivering high-quality care

Build positive relationships with peers, families, and children

Oversee daily operations, compliance, and centre performance

Foster a culture of respect, reflection, and growth while ensuring child safety is always the top priority

Lead enrolments, tours, and service promotion

What We’re Looking for You’re a natural leaderwho’s passionate about early childhood education. You value relationships, thrive in a dynamic environment, and love bringing out the best in others.

2-3 years experience in a leadership position as a director or above

A Diploma or ACECQA approved equivalent in Early Childhood Education

Have a strong understanding of the Children’s Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Have open-mindedness and patience

A current Working with Children Check and Police Check

A current First Aid Certificate

Current Mandatory Reporting Certificate

Will be required to be a Responsible Person

Strong leadership skills

Strength in IT processes and platforms
