Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner Join to apply for the Finance Business Partner role at Specsavers.

In this role you will partner closely with the Trading department to deliver commercial insights that support decision‑making on product launches, promotions, health fund discounts, and retail price changes. You will lead reporting and analysis to deepen understanding of the key drivers behind results, using data‑driven insights to identify opportunities and risks while recommending actions to optimise overall business outcomes.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Ability to form strong, trusted relationships across different levels in the organisation and with a variety of stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Financial modelling and scenario analysis skills to support strategic and operational decision‑making.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present data‑driven insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively.

Skilled in data storytelling with the ability to connect analysis to business performance and strategic outcomes.

Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

Salary: A$160,000.00 – A$180,000.00
