The Role As our new

Centre Director , you’ll be leading from the front – but

off the floor , so you can focus on what you do best: inspiring your team, supporting families, and ensuring excellence across the service.

You’ll be responsible for:

Overseeing daily operations and compliance

Leading, mentoring and developing a dedicated team of educators

Building strong, respectful relationships with families and the local community

Driving continuous improvement in line with the NQS and EYLF

Who You Are

Diploma in Early Childhood Education

Previous experience in a leadership role within Early Childhood Education

Knowledge of the NQF, EYLF and regulations

A warm, approachable leader with excellent communication and organisational skills

Passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and delivering quality outcomes for children and families

Excellent interpersonal skills with employee, management and families. Excellent knowledge of National Quality Framework.
