Reporting to the Head of Finance, your duties will include: Reviews and approves all invoice payments Review of monthly credit card reconciliations Managing priorities and responding to internal and external queries Providing recommendations for improving AP processes and systems, and implementing them with support across finance Provides leadership for AP Team staff including supervision, performance monitoring, and appropriate support and guidance Ensure standard operating procedures of the AP Team are followed Any other reasonable duties as required Requirements

Demonstrated leadership experience of a small sized team Advanced knowledge of Accounts Payable process Knowledge and experience of SAP Knowledge of general accounting principles Good numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, determine priorities and organise work to meet objectives and deal with issues Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc) Only short-listed applicants will be contacted.
