integratedliving is a not-for-profit in-home aged care provider specialising in support for older Australians in regional and rural communities, supporting people to live independent, active lives through community-based services. The 1,200+ strong workforce of dedicated professionals delivers vital home care, health and wellbeing services to more than 20,000 people across the east‑coast of Australia each year.
The Operations Unit is responsible for the delivery of safe, compliant, person‑centred home care services aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards, balancing growth with operational capacity and workforce readiness. This team plays a critical role in ensuring every client receives timely, locally accountable care that reflects integratedliving’s values and purpose.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Client Acquisition and Engagement leads new client growth for Home Care, accountable for acquisition through to successful admission and early retention. This senior leadership role designs and executes the strategy to attract, convert and admit clients into services funded under Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and the Support at Home (SAH) program, ensuring growth is balanced with service capacity and care quality.
This is a flexible, home‑based position based along the East Coast of Australia offering autonomy and work‑life balance, with travel to key sites and stakeholder meetings as required. Key responsibilities include:
Building and executing the national client acquisition strategy across CHSP and SAH
Owning the end‑to‑end acquisition funnel from enquiry through to admission
Embedding disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and CRM‑driven activity
Ensuring a fast, compassionate and consistent admission and onboarding experience
Acting as senior escalation point for complex enquiries and admissions
Building and optimising high‑performing referral pathways with My Aged Care, hospitals, GPs and community partners
Aligning acquisition activity with workforce capacity, service readiness and operational planning
Enhancing reporting, analytics and dashboard automation to improve performance
Recruiting, developing and leading a values‑driven client acquisition team
Ensuring compliance with aged‑care legislation, consumer law and quality standards
About you
You are a commercially minded and values‑driven leader with deep expertise in customer acquisition, referral network development and client engagement in aged care or similarly regulated service environments. You thrive in dynamic settings, bringing a balance of growth focus, ethical practice and person‑centred care. You will have proven experience in building high performing teams whilst understanding the nuances of working within the for‑purpose sector.
You will bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Health or a related discipline
Significant experience leading acquisition, sales or engagement functions
Proven ability to build high‑performance growth practices and scalable operating systems
Strong capability in pipeline management, CRM discipline and data‑driven decision making
Experience developing referral partnerships across health and community networks
Commitment to integratedliving’s purpose of enhancing the lives of older Australians
Current driver’s licence and required screening credentials
