About the role Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Commercial Officer is a core member of the executive team, contributing to the delivery of a collaborative and inspirational culture. The role leads the commercial partnerships team, drives the growth agenda and realizes sustainable sources of new revenue. During the festival period the Chief Commercial Officer oversees an expanding remit to ensure commercial partnerships come to life, provides strategic advice to the CEO and Board, leads government‑contract servicing, streamlines reporting, and guides tactical decisions.

You are able to bring diverse parties together around shared goals, lead collaboratively and foster high performance within successful teams.
