Senior HR Business Partner

About Us: Stellar Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Part time (3days) Senior HR business partner to lead our Human Resources function in a standalone role for Aus. With our continued growth across multiple industries and offices in both Queensland and Western Australia, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders and make a significant impact within our organisation.

Your role will encompass:

Provide expert advice on employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and conducting investigations.

Oversee learning and development programs to ensure employee growth and success at all levels.

Ensure compliance with Modern Awards, enterprise agreements, and changing labour laws.

Lead initiatives to foster an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture.

Develop and maintain HR policies that align with business goals and support organisational objectives.

Work on HR projects.

What We’re Looking For:

8 plus years Proven experience within the generalist HR space, ideally within a blue-collar environment

Relevant tertiary qualification or comparable experience

Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, WHS obligations and HR best practice

Proactive and solutions-focused, with a genuine willingness to take initiative and add value

Highly relationship-driven, with the ability to build trust quickly and act as a trusted partner to leaders and employees

Hands-on and adaptable, comfortable balancing strategic input with day-to-day operational HR delivery

Confident supporting payroll processes and collaborating with finance teams or external payroll providers

Organised, self-motivated and comfortable working within a structured part-time schedule
