Role responsibilities
Design, deliver and evaluate leadership development programs that build capability across clinical and non-clinical teams
Facilitate engaging workshops, training sessions and team development initiatives tailored to diverse learning needs
Contribute to the design and implementation of RAAFA’s organisation wide Capability Framework, supporting leadership and role-based competency development
Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and implement development strategies that enhance performance and workforce readiness
Develop high-quality learning content using mixed media (eLearning, video, animation and blended learning formats)
Support ongoing optimisation of the Learning Management System, including content structure, mapping and learner experience improvements
Conduct learning needs analyses and contribute to the annual training calendar, training matrix reviews and workforce development planning
Support succession planning processes by helping identify critical roles, high potential talent and capability development needs
Maintain and support workforce programs including career pathways, traineeships, internships, apprenticeships and WIL/GradConnect programs
Assist in delivering specialised development programs, including role-specific development, Specialist Portfolio programs and Train the Trainer initiatives
Deliver and promote the Professional Development (PD) Series and ongoing micro learning initiatives
Support the enhancement of onboarding programs to ensure high quality, contemporary learning experiences
Work with RTOs and universities to support the Student Placement Program, including intake coordination and continuous improvement
Contribute to sector engagement through tracking and supporting professional development, learning activities and external contributions
Collaborate closely with Operations, People & Culture, Clinical Governance and the Workforce Development Team to deliver impactful learning initiatives
Evaluate the impact of workforce development initiatives, support reporting activities and contribute to continuous improvement

About You
Desirable - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Psychology, or a related field
Proven experience in leadership development, instructional design, career pathways, and succession planning within a corporate, not-for-profit, or government setting
Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt to various learning styles
Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Canva, Adobe CC Premier Pro or other design platforms)
Experience in content development through mixed media (e.g. videography, animations, eLearning modules, and other multimedia assets)
Demonstrated success in managing multiple workforce development projects, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
