Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud Technical Consultant
within our consulting practice, you will join a high-caliber team of technologists dedicated to transforming the retail landscape. We have fully embraced the SFCC platform and SFRA, operating within a mature DevOps culture where you are empowered to

and deliver code that truly "does differently."
This is a pivotal, client-facing role where you act as a bridge between technical excellence and business vision. You won’t just be executing tasks; you’ll be engaging directly with stakeholders to architect end-to-end user journeys that redefine how customers interact with brands. From integrating 3rd-party systems to optimizing for global scalability, your expertise will help us
build a better digital future together . Whether you are formulating technical designs, creating proof-of-concepts for emerging tech, or leading a small squad of developers through a high-pressure sprint, you will be a key driver of our collective success.
Leadership here is about craftsmanship and collaboration. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, tested, and well-documented code while mentoring others to do the same. By refining our Agile processes and participating in strategic tool selection, you ensure that as a team, we are always evolving, learning, and ready for whatever tomorrow brings.
Responsibilities
Partner with clients to solve complex puzzles and deliver Salesforce Commerce Cloud and SFRA-based solutions, focusing on scalable, high-quality outcomes.
Act as a bridge between technical excellence and business vision; design end-to-end user journeys and architect solutions that redefine how customers interact with brands.
Integrate 3rd-party systems and optimize for global scalability; formulate technical designs and create proofs-of-concepts for emerging technologies.
Lead a small squad of developers through high-pressure sprints; deliver high-quality, tested, and well-documented code; mentor others in engineering best practices.
Refine Agile processes and participate in strategic tool selection to ensure the team evolves, learns, and stays prepared for tomorrow’s challenges.
Qualifications
You are a seasoned developer who views code as a craft and consulting as an opportunity to solve real-world problems. You thrive in cross-functional environments and possess the technical authority to guide clients through complex digital transformations.
Your Technical Expertise
SFCC Core:
Commercial, hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud development, configurations, and a mastery of SFRA.
The JS Ecosystem:
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, jQuery, and AJAX. You have a deep understanding of strategy patterns and functional programming.
Front-End Precision:
Highly experienced in Responsive Web Design, CSS Pre-processors (SASS/LESS), and page optimization, with a commitment to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
Engineering Excellence:
Proven ability to design and implement unit, integration, and performance tests for both APIs and UI components.
Modern Workflow:
Expertise in Git, CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Jenkins), and managing work via JIRA within fast-paced Agile environments.
Advantageous Extras:
SFCC Developer certification, or experience with Salesforce Marketing/Service Cloud, AWS/GCP, or MuleSoft.
