Principal Oracle ERP Consultant
to lead a strategic initiative within one of our Oracle ERP customer base.
The Role
As a Principal Oracle ERP Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for leading solution architecture, overseeing functional design, and guiding end‑to‑end delivery across core ERP Cloud modules. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, programme leadership, and cross‑functional delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned, scalable, and positioned for long‑term customer success. This role suits someone who is highly experienced in Oracle ERP Cloud transformations and capable of influencing decision‑making at both business and technical levels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead solution design and architecture across Oracle ERP Cloud modules such as Financials, Procurement, Projects, and Enterprise Performance Management.
Facilitate executive‑level workshops, define business requirements, and provide expert advice on best‑practice Cloud processes.
Oversee design, configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, and cutover planning.
Provide governance, quality assurance, and strategic direction throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Support project leadership with scope definition, risk management, delivery planning, and stakeholder communication.
Mentor functional teams and ensure alignment to DXC delivery standards and Oracle Cloud methodology.
What You’ll Bring
Extensive experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud end‑to‑end implementations in a senior or principal consulting capacity.
Deep expertise in multiple ERP Cloud modules (Finance, Procurement, Projects, or SCM).
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence C‑suite and senior business stakeholders.
Proven experience directing large, complex Cloud programmes or multi‑stream implementations.
Excellent consulting, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Oracle Cloud certification(s) desirable.
