An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and dedicated educator to lead Learning Enhancement across the College in this leadership position.
Reporting to the Director of Innovation, the Head of Learning Enhancement is responsible for the design, coordination, and delivery of inclusive learning practices from Prep to Year 12. This role ensures students requiring additional support are effectively identified, well‑planned for, and equipped to achieve their full potential.
You will lead a team of Learning Enhancement Teachers and Learning Enhancement Assistants, working collaboratively with teachers to guide effective differentiation and evidence‑informed interventions. The role also involves direct student support and strong partnerships with parents and carers to ensure meaningful learning growth.
This is a full time, permanent, teaching position, with the Head of Learning Enhancement role offered with a 3-year tenure, as a position of responsibility. The Head of Learning Enhancement role includes a time allocation and a monetary allowance.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Relevant teaching qualifications and current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
Leadership experience in inclusive education across primary and secondary settings
Strong knowledge of NCCD processes, disability standards, and inclusive education frameworks
Demonstrated ability to analyse data to inform targeted interventions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with students, staff, and families
Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across teaching and support staff
Commitment to the ethos and values of the College
