Your Role
As a Medical Services Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing the scheduling, advertising, and promotion of IIME doctor services
Supporting business development by attending client meetings and onboarding new clients and specialists
Identifying and recruiting appropriate experts for medico‑legal cases
Maintaining strong relationships with insurance stakeholders to ensure service uptake
Coordinating the timely delivery of expert reports
Assisting in the quality assurance of specialist reports
Supporting the training and onboarding of new staff
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
Outstanding communication skills to liaise effectively with key stakeholders, including lawyers and doctors
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in your work
Excellent time management to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Proficiency in IT systems, particularly MS Word, Excel, and MS Access
Familiarity with medical terminology (highly desirable)
Prior experience in a law firm, healthcare setting, or insurance agency (desirable)
