Researching trends in technology within the industry and proposing new product features and enhancements. Assessing the user experience to determine product enhancements and requirements. Support and guide the deployment team in patch deployment process where required. Ensure proper source code version control and management using a centralized repository, following DevOps best practices to maintain code integrity, traceability, and collaboration across teams.
