We are looking for a strategic and driven
Senior Finance Business Partner
to join our Finance team, focused on partnering with our
Consulting
business as it continues to scale and evolve. In this key role, you'll help shape financial strategy for Consulting, provide commercial insights, and work closely with Consulting leaders to drive performance, delivery outcomes, and sustainable growth.

What you’ll be doing
Provide accurate, timely, and effective financial reporting, models, and analysis to Consulting leaders.
Partner with Consulting to deliver analytical advice, support, and guidance on key financial management matters.
Develop and deliver commercial solutions aligned to financial targets, margin expectations, utilisation, and delivery performance.
Collaborate with Consulting in the preparation of strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts—providing strategic and financial insights to support decision‑making.
Work with the wider Finance team and Strategy on planning, forecasting, and tracking key results through month‑end reporting and performance reviews.
Conduct ad hoc analysis and financial modelling (e.g., pricing, resourcing, investment cases, scenario planning).
Identify performance improvement opportunities in systems and processes to improve visibility, accuracy, and decision support.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as
CA, CPA, or CFA
are preferred.
Minimum of
7‑10 years
experience in a similar role.
Proven experience partnering with a complex, performance‑driven function (ideally
Consulting / Professional Services / Services Delivery ), within a medium to large organisation; experience in an ASX‑listed and/or B2B SaaS environment is desirable.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; confident influencing senior leaders.
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
Strategic thinker with a proactive, practical approach.
Ability to work collaboratively and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.
