Senior Microsoft 365 / Azure Engineer , working within a collaborative Professional Services team delivering secure and scalable Microsoft cloud solutions to a broad client base. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Engineer ready to take the next step into a more consultative role - leading cloud design and deployment projects, working closely with stakeholders, and shaping best practice across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. You’ll be backed by a leadership team that values growth, technical quality, and mentoring. This will be the ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and real client impact. The Role: · Leading the technical delivery of Microsoft 365 and Azure projects · Designing secure cloud environments and infrastructure solutions · Performing infrastructure assessments and creating technical documentation · Security focus – projects and ongoing managed services – responsible for managing any cyber threat escalations and providing consulting to clients. · Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to internal best practices · Staying up to date on security, governance, and Microsoft cloud advancements What they would like to see: · A well-established career in IT, including significant time spent in a senior level Engineer role · Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure (security-focused) · Strong technical documentation and design skills · Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability · Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure, M365, Security) highly regarded · Bonus: AWS, VMware, or additional certifications (e.g., Azure Architect, AWS SA, VCP) If you’re looking for a role where you’ll be technically challenged, client-facing, and genuinely supported in your professional growth then please apply below and send your CV to adam@betterstaff.com.au Seniority level
