Job Overview Medical Imaging Administration Officer (Temporary) – 6 months, Potential Permanent. Employment Type: Temporary Part Time until 22 June. Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 3. Remuneration: $***** – $***** per hour plus superannuation. Hours Per Week: 20. Location: The Sutherland Hospital, Caringbah. Applications Close: 11 January.

This is a temporary 6‑month position with the possibility of extension, increased hours and potential to become permanent. The role is 5 days per fortnight with rotating start and finish times, which may include:

7:30 am – 4:00 pm

8:00 am – 4:30 pm

9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Rostered Working Days: Week 1: Thursday and Friday; Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Responsibilities & Skills

Demonstrated competence in multitasking and problem solving.

Proven ability in the use of computer applications including Microsoft and experience or willingness to learn health‑related software applications.

Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
