Solutions Architect - Service Now

About the Role We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with a strong background in ServiceNow development, architecture, and enterprise implementations, with a particular focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

You will lead ServiceNow architecture initiatives from inception to completion, working closely with senior business and technical stakeholders to design scalable, reusable solutions that bring together front, middle, and back‑office workflows.

This role plays a critical part in re‑imagining customer and employee experiences, improving service operations, and shaping best‑practice ServiceNow architecture across complex enterprise environments.

The Successful Candidate You will be a senior ServiceNow professional who is comfortable operating at an architectural level while remaining hands‑on and outcome‑focused.

You will bring:

6–10 years of relevant ServiceNow experience

5+ years delivering ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments

Strong hands‑on experience across ServiceNow development and configuration

Proven experience leading architecture design and delivery

Deep expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

Experience working across multiple ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities

The ability to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders

Australian Citizenship, with the ability to obtain Government security clearances
