Your New Role!

Leisure Networks is seeking an inspiring and forward-thinking Head of Operations to join our leadership team and lead the delivery of high-quality, customer‑centred services that make a real impact in people’s lives. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a rare opportunity to shape innovative programmes and supports that empower people with disability to live fulfilling, autonomous, and connected lives. As a visible and influential leader, you will champion our frontline teams, foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and ensure every participant experience reflects our commitment to quality, inclusion, and community connection. You will build strong relationships across the community and sector, respond creatively to emerging needs, and help position Leisure Networks as a recognised leader in customer‑centred, values‑driven service delivery.

This is also an exciting time to join us as we activate our LNext strategy. You will lead future growth initiatives, identifying new funding streams, advancing opportunities in supported employment and social enterprise, and ensuring operational readiness for expansion. Initially overseeing our Operational teams, (Support Coordination and Community Inclusion), your portfolio will grow as the role embeds within the organisation. To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Strong understanding of disability care, NDIS, disability employment, funding models, and regulatory compliance

Demonstrated expertise in clinical governance, risk management, and audit readiness

Skilled in stakeholder engagement and building trusted relationships across sectors

Values‑driven leader with a track record of building and leading high‑performing, purpose‑led teams

Proven success leading complex organisational change and transformation initiatives

Commercially astute with strong financial and operational management capabilities

Experienced in managing large service portfolios and balancing quality with efficiencyResilient, strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills

Collaborative leadership style, committed to integrity, inclusion, and social justice

Experienced in programme design, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement

Sound understanding of risk management in complex service environments
