About our team Partnering with BCE schools and leadership teams, the Talent team drives a high-performing workforce through innovative attraction, recruitment and best-practice strategiesโ€”ensuring exceptional talent for quality student outcomes.

Summary As a Talent Partner, you will play a key role in the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting principals and office managers with job design, advertising, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding. Youโ€™ll ensure a positive experience for applicants and hiring teams, manage recruitment administration, and contribute to the continuous improvement of talent processes. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and make a meaningful impact by helping schools and office teams attract and retain great people.

About the opportunity In this position you will:

Provide expert advice and support to principals and office managers on all aspects of recruitment, including job design, evaluation, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding

Support a portfolio of schools and office teams, with flexibility to assist across all areas as needed

Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring accurate data entry and process completion in the Recruitment System/HRIS

Adhere to and apply established recruitment and employment policies, operating within industrial requirements

Deliver quality advice, coaching, and support for all talent and people system processes

Proactively manage applicant and candidate interactions to ensure a positive experience, providing timely and accurate information throughout the recruitment process

Maintain efficient electronic records and contribute to continuous improvement of talent and people systems

Assist as required by representing BCE at events to attract new and existing talent

About you To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:

Experience in end-to-end recruitment (internal or agency) with exposure to the education sector being highly desirable

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with experience using SuccessFactors being desirable

Ability to build passive and active talent pipelines

Providing administrative support to senior staff members

Providing accurate documentation with a high attention to detail

Stakeholder engagement ensuring information flow in a timely and inclusive manner

Strong understanding of recruitment and employment policies and processes

Providing information to a range of internal and external stakeholders in response to direct queries

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Investigating issues and concerns and providing advice and information in line with policy and procedures

Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements

Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
