Job Description
Join Us in Driving Practice Excellence
South Australia is in the headlines, and the conversation around governance and quality has never been louder. At Edge Early Learning, we see this as an opportunity—not a challenge. We’re looking for a Practice Partner who is ready to roll up their sleeves and lead meaningful change.
About the Role
As a Practice Partner, you’ll be the catalyst for practice uplift across our South Australian centres. You’ll work closely with educators and educational leaders to embed best practice, strengthen the educational program, and elevate quality standards. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on making a tangible difference.
What you’ll do
Partner with centre teams to implement and sustain high‑quality educational practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the National Quality Framework.
Provide coaching and mentoring to build capability and confidence in our teams.
Collaborate with leadership to address governance challenges and exceed regulatory expectations.
A note to recruitment agencies – we are not currently accepting agency referrals, thank you in advance!
What We’re Looking For
A passionate advocate for quality early learning.
Strong knowledge of the NQF and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to lead change and influence outcomes.
Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset—ready to “get stuck in” and make things happen.
Someone with an infectious energy and strong focus on inspiring our teams.
Additional Requirements
Current Working with Children Check (or state equivalent)
Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle
Willingness to travel between centres
Why Join Us
Be part of a team committed to raising the bar for early learning in South Australia.
Opportunity to shape practice in a sector under the spotlight.
Supportive culture that values innovation and impact.
If you’re ready to make a difference where it matters most , we’d love to hear from you.
