About the Company Join a Leading Energy Retailer. We are looking for a finance professional to fill the role of Senior Finance Business Partner within one of our large clients. They provide energy services to over 100,000 households and small business customers.

About the Role This key finance role supports the strategic growth of their energy retail division. The successful candidate will serve as the primary business partner for the commercial team, providing financial oversight and support for strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Partner with Commercial teams to provide financial guidance on strategic initiatives, pricing, and operational performance

Deliver analysis on revenue, volumes, products, sales, retention, and profitability drivers

Lead forecasting, planning, and analysis for customer acquisition and revenue growth

Drive the Finance workstream for our billing platform transformation

Support acquisition opportunities and business development initiatives

Improve financial processes, reporting, and systems

Qualifications

Experience in commercial finance, FP&A

Knowledge of energy retail billing platform finance capabilities

Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics

Proven business partnering track record with strong relationship building skills

Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights

Experience with revenue assurance and/or large transformation programs (preferred)

Undergraduate degree and professional accounting/finance qualification (CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA)

Required Skills

Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in financial modeling
