The Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Client Services Officer to join our team and provide exceptional administration and adviser support. The role would suit a career administrator, dedicated to ensuring the smooth running of our office.

The ideal applicant will have:
Minimum 7+ years experience in a financial planning support position with direct client interaction and handling of complex client needs
Extensive knowledge of financial advice processes across superannuation (SMSF), Family Trusts, Companies and personal insurance and investments
An understanding of compliance requirements relating to financial advice
Strong client onboarding and advice implementation experience
Project management experience including corporate actions and IPOs
Proficient using Xplan, Platform software, Microsoft Office and workflow management software
Experience managing ongoing service agreements
Accounts payable and fee processing experience
A high level of attention to detail, technical aptitude and capacity to work under pressure
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Prepare portfolio reports, OSAs and other documentation as required for client meetings
Prepare and monitor investment applications and liaise with fund managers and third party providers through to completion
Source superannuation, investment and insurance information from third party providers
Liaise directly with clients to provide an outstanding client experience
Build ongoing relationships with accountants and other stake holders
Accurately enter and maintain client information in our client management systems
Keep workflow software up to date and manage deadlines
Ad-hoc projects and adviser support as required
This role is office based, Monday through Friday. Hours are flexible for the right candidate and salary is dependent on experience.
