During a two-year graduate program, you will rotate through four organisations — an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), a National Service Provider (NSP), a Developer, and AEMO — gaining experience across the full spectrum of grid connection engineering. You will participate in a central training program and undertake different on-the-job learning experiences in each rotation. Collaborate with senior engineers on power system modelling and simulation Analyse system performance and conduct incident reviews to identify risks and trends Develop and maintain software tools to automate technical studies Create technical reports and documentation that inform real-world decisions Contribute to cutting-edge projects shaping Australia’s energy future Build relationships with industry experts and stakeholders across the sector What We’re Looking For

Note:

We’re seeking curious, driven graduates with: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering (graduating before February 2026) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail A passion for learning and applying grid connection technologies Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles Excellent communication and collaboration skills Full working rights in Australia for the duration of the program We believe diversity drives innovation and encourage individuals of all races, genders, ages, religions, identities, and experiences to apply.
