As a Performance Director you will be focused on leading implementation, optimisation and strategy across digital channels. This role requires expertise in paid social, SEM and programmatic. The role requires a creative thinker with a passion for solving client performance challenges to lead digital strategy, performance management, and integrated campaign delivery across key client accounts. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead performance across SEM, social and programmatic. Ensure alignment of strategy and the integration of insights across digital channels. Develop data‑led, ROI‑focused recommendations aligned with client objectives and growth targets. Build and maintain strong and productive partnerships with key media and technology partners to enhance performance capabilities. Foster trusted client relationships, ensuring clear communication, accurate and timely campaign delivery and reporting, and campaign success. Provide thought leadership and contribute to innovation and best practices. Oversee quality control and performance tracking from campaign set‑up through to post‑campaign analysis and reporting. Support team development through coaching, training, regular, constructive feedback, and ongoing learning initiatives. Use tools to Analyse cross‑channel data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Create paid media strategies across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, and emerging platforms. Oversee execution, optimisation and delivery of campaigns across multiple channels, maintaining performance benchmarks KPIs and ROI goals. Identify trends, insights, and emerging opportunities to keep clients ahead of digital shifts. Ensure content is optimised for performance, platform algorithms, and audience behaviour. Lead SEM strategy and campaign oversight across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube). Ensure alignment between search, social, content, and performance marketing activities. Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, bidding strategies, keyword growth, and audience targeting. Analyse cross‑channel data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations. Translate complex performance results into clear, commercially relevant insights for clients. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
