Position
The CFO is responsible for the organisationโs financial vision, strategy, and operational excellence. The role oversees financial planning, reporting, accounting, treasury, tax, and risk management functions domestically and internationally. In partnership with the CEO and MD, the CFO shapes longโterm strategy, ensures financial discipline, and drives sustainable, profitable growth.
Profile
The role leads five direct reports and fosters a highโperformance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Align financial strategy with business objectives, identify growth opportunities, monitor trends, and advise the CEO and Board.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, multiโyear planning, reforecasting, capital allocation, and risk management; provide actionable financial insights.
Treasury & Governance: Manage cash flow, banking, debt, and compliance; safeguard assets and oversee strategic transaction due diligence.
Team Leadership: Develop and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and succession planning while promoting continuous improvement.
Short notice period preferred. 100% onsite role. Reports to MD.
