Description
Provide high quality, cost efficient and effective clinical and non-clinical services to directly or indirectly benefit the patients/clients.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Healthโs values:
Provide clinical Palliative Medicine/Palliative Care to community-based patients.
Provide specialist clinical services to community patients in ambulatory clinics as indicated under service developments. ยง Optimise clinical handover and documentation.
Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences, providing expert advice related to the management of and support to patients requiring palliative care.
