Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health’s values: Provide clinical Palliative Medicine/Palliative Care to community-based patients. Provide specialist clinical services to community patients in ambulatory clinics as indicated under service developments. § Optimise clinical handover and documentation. Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences, providing expert advice related to the management of and support to patients requiring palliative care.
